Nice very scottish historical hotel. Beautiful architecture. Short walking distance to historical city center. Friendly and very professional staff. Free toffee bonbons ;-).

The Albany is a a lovely boutique hotel, very central and close to St James Quarter. The room was lovely, very spacious with a beautiful stand alone bath. A delicious breakfast served at it's sister hotel "The New Town". Definitely recommend for a lovely Edinburgh stay.

Lovely hotel. Staff were so pleasant. The room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location, 5 min from tram stop, bus station and restaurants. Train station 10 min away. Nice staff. Only critic is that there's no water pressure in the shower and you get lukewarm water at best, no matter what time of day. And they don't provide a luggage rack, so you have to put your suitcase on the floor.

Location was wonderful with lots of great restaurants and coffee shop on a very quiet street very large room I would highly recommend this hotel
