What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The single room in the attic was perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and I had everything I needed. The location is excellent, as well.

Excellent location, near to many tourist attractions. Downside, room was hot and no safe. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this hotel if we return to Edinburgh.

I didn't use the wi fi and couldn't make the TV work. The location was excellent, very close to the galleries I wanted to visit. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Loved this hotel. I booked a single room and it was a really good size. Comfy bed and good bathroom. There were stairs and no lift but stairs were shallow and I had help with my case which I gratefully excepted. There are excellent coffee places very near by “Artisan Roasters” being one which make finding breakfast very easy. Will definitely book to stay again, such a central location. ❤️

The reception staff, in particular Clare, exceeded all expectations in friendliness and assistance! The proximity to city center, while being in a calmer neighborhood was ideal. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality.

the room was HUGE, and the bathroom too, it even had two sinks. we were 15 minutes away from waverly station, walking. there were a couple of steps to get in the building and the rooms were all on different floors so i wouldn't recommend bringing suitcases.
